I had no idea school started today.

When I found out, I was relieved that I barely would make it, having booked the latest possible bus.

I went to the bus station last night at 00:30. It was snowing. All the scheduled bus trips were canceled! I freaked out. I needed to get to Seattle, if I miss one of the first three days of class, I risk getting automatically dropped out of the course. I have class at 12:30 today.

I begged my brother to drive me to Seattle. I offered him a hundred dollars. He said no way, if buses weren't making it through the mountains, there was no way he could do it. Apparently there was a big blizzard over there.

So I started calling airlines. I bought a one-way ticket to Seattle for 6 in the morning. For 120 dollars... no fun, the bus costs 36. Last thing I wanted to do was get on a plane at that time in the morning (my bedtime), but I did and now I am here.

I better get to class now...
